About Optimum RV
Optimum RV sits on 65 acres in Ocala and calls itself the largest RV retailer in Central Florida. It's a family owned, non-corporate operation selling new and used motorhomes and travel trailers, with financing, service, and delivery handled on site. Reviewers say a lot about the staff. Many name specific salespeople as patient, honest, and easy to work with, and the no-pressure approach comes up often. First-time buyers mention getting their questions answered without being rushed. The finance department gets its share of praise too. Service is the other side of it. Some reviewers describe a rough experience after the sale, with warranty work and wait times drawing complaints.
