About Open Road RV -Monticello
Open Road RV sits in Monticello, Minnesota, and sells new and used RVs, campers, and travel trailers. The lot has a 4.6 star average across 345 Google reviews, and a lot of those reviews come from first-time buyers who say the staff walked them through the whole process. Sales gets named in review after review. Shoppers describe Joel as down to earth and easy to work with, and mention Nick and Andrew helping families find the right camper. The phrase that comes up most is no pressure. People also write about the camper walkthrough and how patient the team was with kids along for the visit, including a play area. Financing shows up in more reviews than anything else. Sarah in the finance office gets credit for explaining options clearly and working with buyers who were purchasing remotely from out of state. Trade-ins and financing are both handled here. Not every review is glowing. One reviewer warns that service after the sale fell short, so read the full history before you commit. The entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible.
