About Moix RV - Mashburn Ridge
Moix RV at 4100 Stadium Blvd in Jonesboro took over what used to be Mashburn's RV Center, and the reviews suggest the handoff went fine. People keep bringing up the same names, Haley and John Otto among them, and describe the sales approach as patient and low pressure. One reviewer said they never felt a pitch coming. The lot carries new and used units with an emphasis on Jayco travel trailers and fifth wheels, and there's a parts counter on site. Reviewers talk about the trailer selection and mention getting fair deals with no surprise fees at signing. The purchasing paperwork gets called out as quick and organized. Service shows up in the reviews too. One customer needed batteries and was back on the road in under an hour. Another brought in a camper bought there more than 15 years earlier and got a walkthrough of the wiring. A couple of people mention prices for repairs coming in well below what they were quoted elsewhere. Hours weren't listed here, so call before you drive out.
