About McClain's RV SuperStore
McClain's RV SuperStore on Fort Worth's south side sells motorhomes and travel trailers, including Grand Design models. The lot carries a variety of RVs, and the sales team gets frequent mention for being personable and not pushy. One reviewer said the process was straightforward and they didn't feel pressured to buy. Service and parts are on site. Reviewers talk about warranty work and repairs, and the parts department comes up often. Experiences vary: some praise timely repairs and a smooth process, while others describe disorganized communication and confusion over parts. A few mention having to follow up repeatedly for updates. The staff stands out in reviews. Names like Joshua, Charles, and Stephen come up for being responsive and helpful. One out-of-town buyer completed a fifth wheel purchase over the phone in a day. Another praised a custom desk build for full-time RV living. The atmosphere gets called welcoming, and many reviewers note a smooth buying experience from start to finish.
