About Local Storage Company
Locally owned and managed, this place handles climate-controlled self storage along with indoor parking for RVs, boats, trailers, and vehicles. They also offer air, pumps, electricity, charging, clean-out, and washing for stored units. It's open 24/7 and wheelchair accessible. Reviewers consistently mention how clean and well-maintained the facility is. Safety comes up often too, with several people describing it as secure. Ease of use and responsiveness from staff get called out, and one reviewer says their RV needs constant power, so the team set up a dedicated line for them. Staff members like Rachel and Kim are named in reviews for being helpful and quick to respond. One loyal customer of five years says it's worth the drive from Chattanooga. With a 5.0 rating across 20 reviews, the feedback is strong on service and security.
