About Liv3 Tiny Homes
Liv3 Tiny Homes is a tiny home and park model dealer on a lot in Cabot. Reviews point to a family-run operation, with Todd and Luke named as knowledgeable and professional, and Jessica and Kyndall credited for design help. People describe the sales lot as the friendliest they have visited, and several note the staff were not pushy and gave them room to look around. Buyers keep mentioning the homes themselves: beautiful finishes, smart layouts, and a spacious feel. Customization comes up too, with buyers saying they got to make the design their own style. Financing, parts, and delivery come up as part of the offering. One reviewer bought two units for rental properties in 2025 and said the team walked them through the process step by step. Another stopped in days after the grand opening and became one of the first customers. The lot keeps regular hours.
