About Lake RV
Lake RV is a family owned spot in Perris that does two things: storage for RVs and boats, and sales of motorhomes and travel trailers. People in the reviews keep mentioning the same staff by name, which tells you something about how the place runs. One reviewer with a 34ft 5th wheel called the spots a nice size and easy to get in and out of. Cleanliness comes up often in the feedback. Several renters say their trailers arrived stocked and clean, and one person talked about a Bunkhouse model with plenty of room. Between the sales side and rentals, reviewers describe help with picking a unit, a smooth booking process and delivery that went fine. Financing and delivery are part of what they offer. Storage customers mention that staff inspect units and will flag things like loose molding or tires that need covers, with photos sent along. That kind of check-in is an extra charge but reviewers thought it was worth it. The lot was also described as expanding, so call ahead on availability and pricing before you drive out.

What renters mention
“There is not enough room here to share how happy I am with my experience at Lake RV and the owner Kyle Humphrey. In searching for a travel trailer, I encountered many sellers who were, putting it mildly, less than trustworthy.” – Pam R., 2 years ago, on Google
“This is my 2nd season renting through Lake RV Rental. We have been renting Class C RV's and travel trailers for my kids mountain biking season. Every rental has been 100% smooth!! I have been working with Taffy both seasons.” – j a., 3 years ago, on Google
“No one does customer service like Lake RV! I have stored many places but the fact that they wash my rv and inspect it every month (additional charge but minimal and SOOO worth it) is next level!” – Shiela K., 2 years ago, on Google
