About Lake Country RV
Lake Country RV in Walker has been selling and servicing RVs since 1984. The lot handles travel trailers, and the staff includes technicians for maintenance and repairs. You'll also find a parts and accessories store with over 4,000 items, from appliances to camping essentials. Outside storage and winterizing are available too. Reviews are mixed. Several people praise Dodie and Bob for being friendly and helpful, and one reviewer said a broken hitch bolt was fixed in about an hour on Memorial Day weekend. Another mentioned that Bob repaired a roof, awnings, and flooring before pickup, making the unit feel new. Others had rougher experiences: one estimate took nearly eight weeks, and a customer who drove 90 minutes for an advertised unit found it wasn't ready and the price was different. Staff were described as overwhelmed in one email. It's a small, established shop where the personal touch lands for some and not others. Worth a visit if you're near Walker and want to talk through options with technicians.
