About La Mesa | RecVan – Sanford RV & Motorhome Sales
This is the Sanford storefront of La Mesa RV, a chain that started in California in 1972 and now runs locations across the Southwest and Florida. The lot carries Class A, B, and C motorhomes, adventure and camper vans, and towables, plus pre-owned units. Financing, parts, trade-ins, and delivery are all handled here. With roughly a thousand Google reviews and a 4.0 average, the feedback runs both ways. Reviewers often call the staff polite and describe low-pressure sales, with several mentioning travel trailer and fifth wheel purchases and test drives. Others cite warranty work, roof replacement, hitch installation, and replacement parts. A few say scheduling and follow-through fell short of what was promised. Wheelchair accessible entrance, restroom, and seating are available on site. It is worth reading recent reviews before you go and confirming the details of any deal in writing.

“We were visiting Ocala and noticed an RV show there. We popped in to check out a couple RV’s and found one that was filled most of our wish list. We met with Tim McCardle to view the RV. He was honest and knowledgeable about the Tiffin.” – Laura P., 4 months ago, on Google
“We’ve been “looking” at vans for quite a long time, @ 5 years.” – Maria N., a month ago, on Google
