About Koutz RV Center & Modern Salvage
Koutz RV Center & Modern Salvage is an RV dealer in Shepherd, Michigan, that also deals in salvage parts. The 4.0 rating comes from 12 Google reviews, and the feedback is a mix. Some reviewers say they found a one-of-a-kind part or got great service and price. One notes the place is open on Saturday, which helped when a valve was needed. Others had a rougher time. One caller found the person on the phone rude and unhelpful about exterior trim for a motorhome. Another said questions posted online go unanswered, and one wondered if the place is still in business. A few mention prices running high. It is a small operation, so calling ahead seems smart.
