About Kitsmiller RV Inc.
Kitsmiller RV sits in Mason and sells pre-owned RVs along with small new travel trailers. It's family owned and operated, a dealer for Gulf Stream and Old School, and a factory service center for Forest River and Jayco. Sales also takes consignments. The service side covers more than tune-ups. There's an in-house body shop and work on batteries, brakes, suspension, electrical, air conditioning, oil changes and fiberglass repair. You can text the service department to set an appointment. The parts and accessories department is large, and reviewers often mention finding the parts they needed. Across 214 Google reviews the shop holds a 4.3. People call the staff kind and describe repairs coordinated quickly, with updates along the way. One reviewer drove an hour for axle and spring work and said they'd do it again. Others mention honesty about what the shop can and can't fix.
