About Giant RV - Downey
Giant RV sits in Downey and serves shoppers from Los Angeles and Orange Counties. The lot carries motorhomes and travel trailers, and there is an indoor showroom if you want to look without standing in the sun. Reviewers bring up the shopping experience more than anything else, and several note that sales staff didn't push. Service and parts come up often too. People mention Anita and Jeremy by name for repairs and follow-up, and one customer said a generator fix was done in a couple of hours as promised. Another drove up from San Diego and had a water leak handled while they waited. It's a busy place, so a few reviewers mention wait times. The 4.0 rating comes from more than 500 Google reviews. Staff get credit for explaining things clearly and treating people respectfully.
