About Giant Recreation World - Ormond Beach
Giant Recreation World on the Ormond Beach side of Central Florida handles new and used motorhomes and travel trailers, plus rentals, service and a parts counter. Reviews run both ways. Plenty of people describe a low-pressure lot where staff listen and give you room to walk a camper on your own, and the parts department gets called out often for being helpful. Others had a rougher time, with complaints about new units coming back for repeat repairs and service that did not fix the problem. So it pays to look over anything you buy closely and ask how warranty work gets handled. Reviewers also mention a lifetime warranty and financing arranged in house, and a few drove in from out of state for a specific camper they saw online. The lot is wheelchair accessible with accessible parking, and they do delivery. Hours are posted. It is a big operation with a family-run feel according to some customers, which tracks with the mix of praise and frustration in the reviews.
