About General RV Center
General RV Center in Wixom is a large dealership just off I-96. It carries new and used motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, and pop-up campers, plus a parts store for accessories and supplies. Financing and trade-ins are available, and there's a service shop on site. Reviewers often mention the sales staff. Many say their salesperson was informative and explained things clearly, and some note the buying process went smoothly. A few specific names come up, like Shane D., Ronnie, and Alec, for being helpful and not pushy. The service department gets similar credit, with Samantha Major called out for taking care of a customer during a longer repair. Not every review is positive. Some complain about warranty coverage and trouble reaching anyone after the sale, and one reviewer describes being passed around when trying to resolve an issue. With over 1,900 Google reviews and a 4.0 rating, it's a mixed bag, but the good experiences tend to focus on specific employees who made the process easier.
