About General RV Center
General RV Center runs a supercenter in Mt. Clemens just off I-94, selling new and used motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, and pop-up campers. The parts store covers accessories, and financing and trade-ins are part of the picture. Service and repair happen on site too, so you can book an appointment rather than haul the rig somewhere else. With over 1,000 Google reviews and a 4.1 rating, the feedback runs both ways. Several reviewers call out staff by name and describe feeling looked after through the sale, from the walkthrough to financing. The sales process draws some complaints, though, especially around time spent on warranty and add-on pitches. Warranty work comes up often in reviews, along with polite staff and appointment scheduling. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking. Give the service desk a call before you drive out.
