About General RV Center
This is a big lot off the highway in Mesa, part of a family owned company, with hundreds of new and used motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers and campers to choose from. You can also pick up parts and accessories or book service on site. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. People call them knowledgeable and personable, and several name specific sales and finance folks who made the paperwork quick. Others mention a smooth purchasing process and a good selection of trailers, and more than one notes that the place feels different under new ownership, with employees who seem glad to be there. It is not all praise. One reviewer was unhappy with a paid pre-inspection on a used unit, and another had trouble getting a windshield cover replaced before a trip. Ratings sit around 4.3 across 54 reviews, so the average leans positive. Staff get mentioned far more often than problems do.
