About General RV Center
General RV Center runs a large lot in Huntley, right off I-90 and Route 47. You can walk the rows of new and used motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, and pop-up campers, and there is a parts counter on site for accessories and repairs. Reviewers with over a thousand reviews put it at 4.1 stars, and a lot of the talk centers on warranty work and the parts department. One buyer flew in from Maine after an online purchase and said the RV matched the photos. Others describe sales staff who were patient and not pushy, and a walkthrough that left a first-time trailer owner feeling ready to camp. It is a busy place, and people mention that too. Some note the service and delivery sides felt connected enough that they were looked after even with a full showroom. Financing and delivery are part of the deal here. Service appointments go through the store's phone line.
