About Fun Town RV Anna
Fun Town RV Anna is a dealership in Anna, Illinois, that focuses on towable RVs, including fifth wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers, and destination trailers. They also have a parts department and a service shop on site. Reviews often mention the sales staff not being pushy, with shoppers saying they felt comfortable and never pressured to buy. Many praise the camper selection and the smooth buying process, including a phone deal with a customer 400 miles away. The parts and service departments get shout-outs too, like Jon in parts and Tomi in service. One reviewer said a furnace repair was done the same afternoon after another shop took weeks. Not every visit goes well. One reviewer complained about slow service during peak season and trouble reaching anyone about progress. With a 4.5 rating across 478 reviews, most people seem satisfied, but it's worth asking about service timelines when you visit.
