About First Choice RV
First Choice RV is a dealership on the Rock Springs side of things, selling new travel trailers and handling parts and delivery. The Google rating sits at 3.9 from 31 reviews, so you get a mix. A lot of the positive talk centers on Joe. Reviewers call him knowledgeable, laid-back, and not the typical sales guy, and one said he answered all their questions with no sales pressure. A first-time buyer noted that Bob walked them through the ins and outs of their new trailer and the shop stored it until the weather improved. Other reviews are blunter. One buyer who came from Portland found their new unit dirty with trim missing and damage, and another described a repair job they were unhappy to pay for. Several people mention trouble reaching anyone who could make a decision. Worth reading the reviews yourself and asking who you will actually be working with.
