About Family RV
Family RV sits in Ontario and sells new and preowned travel trailers, toy haulers, and fifth wheels. There's an indoor showroom, which reviewers say is a nice place to browse when it's hot outside. Trade-ins and delivery are part of the deal here. Reviews land around 3.8 stars across roughly 200 ratings, and they split. Several buyers describe easy, no pressure sales and mention staff who know the inventory. One first-time buyer said the orientation walkthrough was thorough and not rushed, and another praised a salesman named Victor for being easy going. Others tell a rougher story. A few warn that the friendly treatment fades once paperwork is signed, and one had a run-in with the service manager that cost them future business. Some shoppers say trailers on the lot had downgraded couches, so compare interiors against other dealers before you commit. The showroom is worth a walk-through either way.
