About Family RV
Family RV sits in Morgan Hill and handles sales, rentals, and service for motorhomes and travel trailers. They also do parts and financing, and they can deliver. Reviews land at 4.1 stars across 126 Google reviews, with several people mentioning a family atmosphere and staff who are easy to deal with. One reviewer bought a pre-owned 20-foot travel trailer and said the team gave them space to look, then answered questions patiently. Another rented an A class for a trip to Las Vegas and called the experience flawless. Someone else bought an ex-rental 2018 Thor Chateau and felt good about it after a few hundred miles. The owner has FaceTimed with out-of-town buyers to walk through units. Not every review is glowing. One shopper was frustrated that RVs seen online were tied up in rentals and not for sale. Fees and vehicle condition come up in reviews too, so ask about both before you commit. The lot is wheelchair accessible.
