About Factory Expo Home Centers
Factory Expo Home Centers sits in Athens, Texas, and operates as a factory-direct retailer of manufactured homes. Founded in 1999, the company now has 19 locations across the country and has delivered more than 15,000 homes. The Athens lot is one of those model centers. Reviewers often mention Michelle Freeman by name, saying she answered questions throughout the buying process and followed up when others didn't. Several note she met them halfway to tour the factory and sign papers. Sheila Parker also gets credit for listening and making recommendations that felt sound. The topics that come up most are answering questions and paint, with some comments on cabinets and drywall. Not every review is positive. One buyer described quality problems and a short repair window. The overall rating is 3.9 from 91 reviews, so experiences vary. The dealership is wheelchair accessible and mentions service and delivery among its offerings.
