About Dick's RV
Dick's RV sits in Arkansaw, Wisconsin, and sells new and used travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, and destination trailers. Brands on the lot include Grand Design, Keystone, Forest River, KZ, and Winnebago. The store also handles financing, service, and parts, so you can sort the paperwork and the hitch setup in one trip. Reviewers often describe a no-pressure sales process. Lon and Tyler come up by name for listening and answering questions. Casey gets credit for making the loan paperwork clear. Buyers mention no hidden fees, and several say the walkthrough before pickup left them knowing their rig. A 2026 KZ 261RL buyer listed a whole crew by name, from sales to service. Service is the mixed note. One reviewer praised the shop after a rocky start, but another reported missed calls and delays on warranty work. The lot is wheelchair accessible, and reviewers mention cleanliness. Call ahead if you need repairs scheduled.
