About Custom RV Services
Custom RV Services is a family-run shop on the Conway side of things, doing repair and parts work on motorhomes and travel trailers. The service list runs from air conditioning and brakes to body and trim and electrical, plus general camper maintenance. Reviewers tend to talk about the crew and about mobile visits. One driver got a card at a Conway park and had the team come out to check a suspected leak. Another said they took in a motorhome with a leveling system stuck out and were squeezed in even with other customers waiting. Communication and going the extra mile come up more than once in the 46 reviews, which average 4.5 stars. Not every visit lands the same way. One reviewer left unhappy over a trailer estimate, saying the quoted figure was far from what they expected. Worth knowing before you go. The lot has wheelchair accessible parking and entrance, and there's parking in back where campers are stored.
