About Cruise America RV Rental and Sales
Cruise America's Warrenton spot rents compact, compact plus, and standard RVs, and it also sells. The company has been renting since 1972 and runs over 110 rental centers across North America. This one is employee-owned, and reviews sit at 4.3 from 230 Google reviews. Reviewers tend to mention the walkthrough. Staff get called informative and kind, and people say the pickup process moved fast with clear instructions and videos. First-timers write about getting proper training before pulling out. One buyer had a remote inspection set up and said the manager explained everything on pickup day. On the flip side, leaks come up in reviews more than anything else, and a couple of people note the rigs show some wear. Renters say the interiors are comfortable and the units come clean. Pack it in, pack it out, since one reviewer found theirs completely empty. A few wished the big side billboards weren't there.

What buyers mention
“We rented a Cruise America 19’ Compact Camper from the Manassas/Warrenton storefront for a trip out west for two adults, we’re both in our early 60’s.” – Elizabethanne M., a year ago, on Google
“Overall positive experience. We rented a standard size RV for about a week and drove it from VA to KY to a campground. Booking and pickup was easy and the rep did a good job of walking me through the RV's systems.” – Matthew B., 3 years ago, on Google
“We had a really great experience buying our RV here. Since we live out of state, we had to set up a remote inspection, and the sales team was super helpful and easy to work with the whole time.” – Lucy Y., 4 months ago, on Google
