About Crestview RV
Crestview RV in Buda sits on a large lot, and reviews are mixed. Some buyers praise their salesman for walking them through different models and the financing process, and one tech spent hours explaining how everything works. Service gets its share of compliments too, especially from a customer who called about a plumbing problem on a travel trailer and got help from Ron Wier from start to finish. But not everyone leaves happy. Several reviewers mention trouble getting warranty work done after the sale, and one says a walk-through was skipped at pickup. A parts counter visit went sideways when a caller drove from Austin for an item that wasn't in stock. Others felt pressured to fill out forms just to look at campers. You'll find new travel trailers on the lot, along with financing and a parts department. Brands like Jayco and Grand Design come up often in reviews. The place has been around a long time and has grown into a sizable complex. Call ahead on parts.
