About Craig Smith RV Center, llc
Craig Smith RV Center sits in Galion, Ohio, and sells new and used travel trailers, fifth wheels, and motorhomes. They're also a Leisure Travel Vans distributor. Beyond sales, there's a service department, parts counter, body shop, and delivery option. Reviewers often mention the staff by name. Alex, Tammy, and Jeff get shout-outs for walking buyers through the sales process and explaining features during delivery. Others note the service department making things right after a used camper had water issues on its first trip out. One reviewer called the service manager responsive and helpful when a fridge failed. With 4.6 stars across 606 reviews, the lot has a solid reputation. Some reviews mention a lifetime warranty and airport pickup, though details aren't clear. The showroom carries accessories and supplies, and the team gives cleaning tips for first-time owners. If you're near Galion and want to see the inventory in person, give them a call.
