About Century RV of Amarillo
Century RV of Amarillo is a family owned and operated dealership on the new and used side of the business, with fifth wheels and travel trailers on the lot. Service and parts are part of the setup too, which matters if you are traveling through and something breaks. Reviews land on both sides. Some buyers praise the help they got choosing a trailer and the staff who walked them through it. One cross-country traveler had a failed tire and says Bill went out of his way to track down replacements and get them mounted. Another driver with a snapped trailer spring limped in and got back on the road. Others had a rougher time. One review describes a repair bill with no fix made, and another says email questions about electrical issues went unanswered. The rating sits at 4.2 across 82 reviews, so read a few before you go.

What renters mention
“Century RV is a God Send! I experienced the best customer service! As a first time RV owner, I couldn't have picked a better dealership. I had been to Funtown money town and Ron Hoover that'll do ya but was so thankful I chose Century RV.” – Thais S., a year ago, on Google
“The people at Century RV worked very hard to get me back on the road again when nobody else could (or would). It wasn't cheap, but then trailer repairs never are.” – Charles G., 2 years ago, on Google
“Huge thank you to Bill and his crew. We were traveling from Illinois to Nevada and had a failed tire. I called numerous Goodyear dealers to purchase a new tire and didn't seem to get any help.” – Les F., a year ago, on Google
