About Cenla RV Center - Monroe
Cenla RV Center on the Monroe lot sells Jayco, and the brand comes up again and again in reviews. Shoppers mention White Hawks, Jay Flights, Eagles and Pinnacles among the fifth wheels and travel trailers on the lot. Sales staff like Chris and Matthew get named for staying late to finish a deal and for knowing the units well. The general manager, Shannon, shows up often in reviews too, with buyers saying he took ownership when things went wrong. Across 47 Google reviews the store sits at 4.5 stars. People describe the buying process as easy and the staff as patient with questions. A first-time travel trailer buyer praised the financing side for hitting the payment they wanted. Walk-throughs get called thorough. Not every review is warm. One recent visitor said no deal got made, and a service customer reported slide-out seal work that ran weeks past the promised three days and failed soon after. Worth reading the full reviews before you go.
