About Cenla RV Center
Cenla RV Center sits in Alexandria and sells new Jayco RVs along with used units, plus travel trailers. It's a family owned and family focused lot, and the reviews back that up. Buyers mention no pressure sales again and again, and several note fair pricing on the way out the door. The staff gets named a lot. Salespeople come up as knowledgeable, and buyers describe the walkthrough as a real lesson, which first-time camper owners seem to appreciate. Financing comes up in reviews too, including one first-time buyer who said their salesman went out of his way to get the deal done. Beyond the sales floor there's a service department and a parts counter. Reviewers talk about repairs and ordering parts, and one mentions the shop picking up their unit from home to fix a slide issue. The building has a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot.
