About Casey's Campers
Casey's Campers is a family-owned RV dealership in Big Spring, Texas, selling travel trailers and offering parts and repair. It's the kind of place you might find after a breakdown on I-20. Reviewers often mention the helpful staff. One driver stuck on a Sunday had a hitch failure and said the team tried to fix the damaged jack instead of selling a new one. Another traveler with a leaky toilet valve was seen within 10 minutes. The parts counter gets credit too, with one customer noting they stocked the AC motor, capacitor, and blower wheel he needed. Not every review is glowing. A few folks mention return issues and a repair that sat for a week. With a 4.4 rating from 120 reviews, most experiences are positive, but it's worth asking questions upfront.

“We had a hitch failure along I-20 on a Sunday and Casey’s was the closest RV repair shop. Had my trailer towed not knowing what to expect on Monday when they opened. Right away at 8:30am, all the staff was really friendly and helpful.” – Lynda B., 4 years ago, on Google
“Life savers! We were driving from Tucson AZ to Va with a heavy 16’ trailer. I was restricted to driving 55 mph due to the trailer being unstable and big trucks causing me to swerve a lot. I found their store through Google and called.” – Jonathan (., 8 years ago, on Google
“Casey’s Campers exceeded our expectations! A family owned business that has the kind of customer service you wish all businesses had. We were driving through town and spent the night nearby to find we had a leak in our toilet valve.” – Talli B., a year ago, on Google
