About Carolina Custom Park Models
Carolina Custom Park Models sells park model RVs, the ones often called tiny homes, out of New Bern. They're a dealer for Clayton Park Model and Champion Homes, so the units come in a range of layouts and you can customize yours. Financing and delivery are both part of the deal. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. Bob, Mel and Rob get named a lot, and the theme is friendly staff who answer questions and give advice without pressure. One buyer spent close to a year shopping other lots before settling here. Several mention working mostly by phone from hours away and still feeling looked after. Financing and lot searches come up in reviews too, and buyers describe custom builds where they were walked through each step. A few say they'd buy again just for the experience. Check the hours before you drive over.
