About Canopy Country RV Center - Sales
Canopy Country RV Center is a small independent lot in Union Gap, selling Jayco, Forest River, and Keystone models. They've been at it since 1974, and reviewers often mention the sales team wasn't pushy and kept them in the loop while they waited for units to come in. One shopper described José and Tim making the whole travel trailer purchase feel personal, with José showing up on his day off to walk through the trailer and answer questions. Another buyer worked with James and came away liking the sales team. Not every review is warm, though. Some mention warranty work that dragged, cabinet doors peeling within the first season, and one case of repairs done without approval. They also run a separate service and parts center a short drive from the sales lot. With 13 Google reviews averaging 4.0, it's a mix. Worth reading the recent ones before you head down.
