About Camping World - West Hatfield
Camping World in West Hatfield sells new and used RVs, including motorhomes and travel trailers. The lot carries a large inventory, and shoppers often mention the selection of campers and trailers. Financing, trade-ins, consignment, service, parts, and delivery are all available on site. Reviewers frequently praise the staff for being accommodating and not pushy. One customer said a salesperson was attentive and knowledgeable about each camper they toured. Another noted that a parts employee went out of his way to help source a hard-to-find item. The service department gets mixed feedback: some say communication could be better and quotes aren't always detailed, though others report good work. If you're comparing dealers in the area, this location has a high volume of reviews and a solid overall rating. Stop by to walk the lot and see the inventory for yourself.

What renters mention
“We cannot say enough positive about our experience. Organized upon arrival with setting us up with a sales person. Tasha was incredible from the get go.” – Adam T., 3 months ago, on Google
“I am very pleased with my experience there. I had been hesitant to do business with Camping World because I had heard so many awful stories about my local CW. West Hatfield is my 2nd local store so I went ahead with it.” – Michelle S., 4 months ago, on Google
“Kristen and Max in the parts department are stars. Period. My wife and I needed a replacement roof fan (we somehow lost our cap - ooops!) for our 30 year old Class B and we stumbled upon these two gems.” – bruce b., 2 months ago, on Google
