About Camping World - Oakwood
Camping World in Oakwood sells new and used RVs, including motorhomes and travel trailers. They also handle financing, trade-ins, consignment, and have a service department and parts store on site. Reviewers often mention the staff, with over a hundred comments about informative employees. Many note a no-pressure sales approach, and some praise specific salespeople for listening to customer needs and being patient. The selection of campers gets frequent mention, and a few reviewers highlight great deals. One reviewer appreciated that a salesperson made a long-distance purchase easier by arranging paperwork in another state and sending videos. Another said the service advisor was communicative and the team fixed flooring damage they hadn't expected. Not every visit goes smoothly, though. One customer arrived to find the travel trailer they'd confirmed had been sold minutes earlier, and another reported ongoing problems with a new motorhome's air conditioning.
