About Bretz RV & Marine
Bretz RV & Marine sits in Butte and has been family-owned since 1967. The lot carries travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, and motorhomes, plus boats and a camping store. Parts, propane, and service are on site too. They are also building a new dealership next to the current one. The sales side earns most of the praise. Reviewers call out Austin and Mackenzie by name for being friendly and low pressure, with one saying it felt like meeting an old friend. Others mention getting into a travel trailer that fit their budget after honest back-and-forth. The service department draws a different reaction. A few buyers describe long waits on repairs and communication between departments that fell apart. Worth knowing before you schedule work.

What buyers mention
“Ask for Austin! Friendly, without all the fake salesman BS. Austin really made me feel like I was meeting with an old friend rather than someone trying to sell me what I don't want.” – Zachariah V., 7 months ago, on Google
“Mackenzie is a great salesperson to work with. I went in to buy a used Class B van she had worked on to get me and I fell in love with a small Class C. She didn't miss a beat and said no problem we can work it up for you.” – Wanda G., 4 months ago, on Google
“We had a great experience working with Austin Scharf and Sam Thompson! They asked all the right questions and got us into a travel trailer that checked off all of our boxes within our budget.” – Amber, 4 months ago, on Google
