About Bluegrass Truck, Bus, & RV
This is a truck, bus and RV dealer on the London lot of a Central Kentucky group that also has stores in Georgetown and Somerset. Sales, parts and service all happen here, and motorhomes are among the rigs they work on. Reviewers tend to be split by what they came in for. RV owners describe a service manager who squeezed them in on arrival and a tech who walked through a fuel system fix while they waited with their dogs. Others call the staff knowledgeable and say warranty and recall checks got done without asking. Truck drivers have posted the opposite: long waits at the parts counter, no estimate before work started. The 4.4 rating across 53 reviews reflects both sides. If you want a straight answer on a motorhome repair, the RV service reports are the ones worth reading first.

What renters mention
“If I could give 20 stars they would certainly deserve it. We took our motorhome there for some brake issues and air conditioning issues. David the service manager was fantastic and got us in as soon as we arrived.” – Dennis S., 5 years ago, on Google
“Favorite International I have received service at in the country. Second time being here ; each time I received the best service possible. The people here are amazing and are happy to go the extra mile to take care of us any way possible.” – Blake S., a year ago, on Google
“Excellent experience. Our RV had a non-working generator. It took a day to fix. We stayed in the pet-friendly area with our 2 dogs. Richard kept us informed and Don, the tech, patiently worked through the fuel system.” – Paul H., 4 months ago, on Google
