About Blue Compass RV North Beaumont Service Center (ExploreUSA Supercenter)
Blue Compass RV North Beaumont Service Center sits in Silsbee, Texas, and handles service, parts, and delivery for new and used RVs. Reviewers often mention kind staff, and several call out warranty work and fifth wheel repairs. The crew includes technicians like Robbie and Willie, who get shout-outs for persistence. One RVer passing through from Nevada to Florida said Willie and Rusty got them in right away and showed them a different way to work their slide. A Jayco owner brought in an out-of-state purchase and appreciated the follow-through on repairs and delivery. Others mention fast repair and fair pricing, though a few had longer waits for parts. If you need warranty work or parts for a travel trailer, this is one local option. The parts counter helped some, but one customer drove from Woodville and left without the part they needed. Worth a call before you make the trip.
