About Black Bear Overland
Black Bear Overland builds small teardrop-style campers by hand in Longmont. The shop's own description calls them premium and handcrafted, and a reviewer's build story backs that up. That customer said the team customized their camper and kept them updated on progress. They added that Black Bear reached out to clarify expectations during the build. The result, they wrote, was exactly what they wanted, with extreme attention to detail. The finished camper struck them as rugged and luxurious at the same time. It's one review, but it's a 5.0. The entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible. Hours are posted, though the lot is not open around the clock. If you're after a compact camper built to your spec, this is a shop worth a visit.
