About Basin RV Sales & Service
Basin RV Sales & Service handles travel trailers and other RVs at their Moses Lake lot. Reviewers often mention fair pricing and timely repairs, and several note flexible scheduling when they needed work done. One customer had a frayed cable on a large slide and an awning shorting out. RJ and the team diagnosed both quickly and fixed them at a reasonable cost. Another praised RJ for being accommodating after a breakdown on I-90, with Mike keeping them informed while the repair was finished promptly. The shop also gets mentions for quick diagnosis, part availability and staff who take time to explain things. Some reviewers bring trailers in for warranty work. The lot can get crowded, so be ready for tight parking. Services include mobile service, parts and towing equipment.

“This place is amazing! I spent the night on I-90E after the Columbia bridge on the way back to Minnesota with my 5 year old and 2 cats and no other company would get back to me. RJ contacted me, and upon arrival, was beyond accommodating.” – Valyn P., 2 years ago, on Google
“Sure enjoyed great service from RJ and crew. Polite, professional, willing to work with my schedule. The price for the work they had to perform was very reasonable, and I felt confident that they knew their way around the business.” – Ben G., a year ago, on Google
