About American Boat & RV
American Boat & RV sits in Sandusky and sells new and used RVs, with financing, service and delivery part of the deal. The 4.7 rating across 22 Google reviews points to a lot where people mostly come away satisfied. Reviewers keep bringing up Tommy and his crew by name. Several mention no-pressure sales and say staff encouraged them to have a camper inspected by their own professional before buying. One buyer said the financing went smoothly and the salesman swapped in a new battery and replaced a damaged break connector after the sale. Others describe repeat visits for repairs and getting back on the road quickly. Not every review is kind. One buyer reported leaks from the low point drains right after delivery and questioned the inspection. If you visit, ask about the water system and hookups before you sign.
