About Alec's Truck Trailer & RV
Alec's Truck Trailer & RV is a Miami store that sells and installs accessories for pickups, SUVs, trailers and RVs. Brands on the service list include LEER, RETRAX, BACKFLIP, DECKED and ROLL N LOCK, and the shop also handles parts and service. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. People describe them as welcoming and knowledgeable, and mention sales reps by name after shopping for bed covers, hitches and running boards. One customer had a retractable cover installed in about an hour and a half. Another brought in a new Silverado and said there was zero pressure and plenty of guidance. Same day installation comes up more than once. Not every review is glowing. One RV owner with hydraulic leveling jack trouble waited two weeks for a diagnosis and called it a bad service experience. The rating sits at 4.7 across 1595 reviews, so most visitors left happy. The entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible.
