About A1 RV Sales and Service

A1 RV Sales and Service is an RV dealer on the Caddo Mills side of Hunt County, selling travel trailers and working with buyers on financing. It has hours posted, though it isn't open around the clock, so plan your visit accordingly. The lot's Google rating sits at 2.2 stars across 21 reviews, and the complaints repeat. Several buyers say they paid in cash and then waited months for a tag, title or registration, getting shifting explanations each time they called. Others describe problems with the units after purchase: a water heater that wouldn't run on electricity, a leaking toilet, a microwave that didn't heat. One buyer says rubber around the slide outs was cut off during a promised repair, and another says an awning that was supposed to be replaced came off a different trailer and was short on both ends. A separate reviewer says a camper they had arranged bank funding for was sold to someone else after they said they wanted it. If you go, get the title and registration timeline in writing before you pay, and test every system on the unit yourself.
