About 83RV Inc.
83RV Inc. is a family-run dealership in Long Grove, and the three brothers who own it have decided to retire. Sales are now by appointment only, while rentals have moved to The RV Rental Factory. The service, LP and parts department is closed. What's left is a used inventory of motorhomes and travel trailers, plus delivery. Reviewers often mention pricing: more than one buyer said they got a better deal here than at the big lots. A few describe an easy, low-pressure sales process and staff who walk you through the unit. The shop has 153 Google reviews at 4.1 stars. Recent service and rental reviews are less kind, with complaints about missed appointments and units that weren't ready. If you're shopping, call ahead about a sales appointment and look the rig over closely before you sign.
